报告题目:Ultrafast Strain Response of Charge Density Wave in NbSe2 with Optical Pump-probe Method

报告摘要:In recent years, the charge density waves(CDWs) in superconducting materials, as symmetry-breaking ground states, have attracted a lot of attention for their coexistence or competition with superconductivity. For bulk NbSe2, the 3×3 CDW lattice distortion sets below 33K, superconductivity sets below 7.2K. The CDW phase coexists with superconduct phase with the origin rooted in the momentum dependence of the electron-phonon coupling(EPC) matrix element, which is closely correlated with the strain environment. In our work, NbSe2 monolayer and multilayer samples on SrTiO3 substrate are fabricated, femtosecond laser is employed to generate strain waves in substrates. We investigate the difference of strain induced response on time-resolved transient reflectivity and Kerr rotation angle in various film thickness. The electron localization dependence of strain at different temperature is discussed.
个人简介:熊杰,电子科技大学教授,四川省特聘专家,教育部新世纪优秀人才,四川省千人计划,四川省杰出青年学术技术带头人。从事低维超导功能薄膜材料与器件研究工作,主持包括自然科学基金、青年973项目、国家863项目、总装预研等10余项科研项目;授权发明专利10项;在Nature Communications, Physical Review Letters, Advanced Materials,Applied Physics Letters等国内外刊物上发表研究论文100余篇,被SCI收录101次,被SCI他引500余次,出版专著/教材(章节)5本,作邀请报告16次。
