President Zhu Xiulin and Vice-president Zhang Xueguang meets with the Education and Trade Delegation from Massachusetts, USA on Oct 16, 2006. The purpose of their visit is to promote the Commonwealth of Mass in China and to enhance the relationships with Chinese partners such as Tsinghua University, Wuhan University, Hanban as well as explore new opportunities for UMass and Mass business communities. Soochow University is the fifth university they visits this time.
