As one of the administraion departments in SOOCHOW UNIVERSITY, International Cooperation and Exchange Office (ICEO) is responsible for international communication and coordination.

    The major tasks of OICE include: planning, coordinating and arranging visits of foreign delegation groups, contacting and arranging trips of University delegation groups, visa applications for both students and staff of the University, recruiting and management of foreign experts and teaching staff, communications and cooperating with foreign friendship universities and organizations in accordance with the requirements of the University development.
